DESCRIPTION: True to its name and design, the High Tide Erosion Wall Sconce Light is crafted by first collecting aged salvaged wood, which has been designed by nature through the weathering erosion process, washed and left ashore after Tsunamis and tropical storms in the Pacific Ocean.
Eco-friendly in all aspects of design, form and function, each accent light is one-of-a-kind in that it is designed by the organic elements of its environment, and is crafted from teak, mahogany, or any other tropical hard wood that is found in the proper condition.
Each eroded driftwood piece is meticulously selected, hand rubbed with Rubio Monocoat oil to restore and protect the natural beauty of the wood, which is also an eco-friendly oil-based finish, completely free of VOC material.
After the wood is revitalized, outer gaps of the porous natural structure are filled in with a translucent poly resin that form a cover for the long lasting energy efficient LED bulbs to finalize this internally lit accent light.
The High Tide Erosion Driftwood Wall Sconce provides ample light through the sealed holes, and it is mounted atop either a hand forged iron or stainless steel base.
Each High Tide Erosion Driftwood Accent Wall Light design is unique given the high quality natural materials used. The materials are not prefabricated, but rather designed by nature, and crafted by hand.
