Being eco-friendly in this day and age is not just about energy saving light bulbs and composting your food waste. With a focus on sustainable forestry, it’s now possible to buy eco-friendly furniture made from sustainable sources of timber. These managed forests need to abide by strict rules to ensure the environment is not negatively impacted by the repeated harvesting of wood raw materials. By buying eco-friendly products, you are being environmentally responsible without any extra effort on your part.

Thanks to trends in fashion, modern interiors are now starting to incorporate a range of energy saving and environmentally-conscious products. Demand for green products is increasing, and this is resulting in some exciting new products! Eco-friendly furniture no longer means tables made from gluing drinks cans or glass bottles together!

The table shown by Clayton Oxford Designs, is hand crafted using recycled Rosewood and Teak Strips, mounted on Stainless Stell Legs combines eco-friendly materials with modern designs. So there you have it. Being eco-friendly doesn’t mean you need to have ugly furniture!
